Martin Piper, Partner

Having qualified through the Solicitors Admission Board, Martin was admitted to practice in June of 1978. Martin is the son of Lawrence Bernard Piper, who with his wife and family migrated to Australia from the United Kingdom.

William Campbell

Graduating from The University of Queensland in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts (Government and Economics) and from Bond University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). William has been with Budd & Piper since January 1997, first as an articled clerk during 1997 and 1998 under the supervision of The Senior Partner Derek Budd, then as a solicitor following his admission to the Supreme Courts of NSW, Queensland and the High Court of Australia in early 1999. Since joining the firm William has practiced in a broad range of legal matters including commercial litigation, personal injury law and family law. He now practices mainly in the areas of wills and estates, commercial and cottage conveyancing, leasing and business law. William comes from a rural background and his family has a long association with the Tweed Valley. He currently resides in Murwillumbah
