Derek Budd, Senior Partner

Admitted to practice in NSW & Qld in 1956. Derek has extensive experience in Property Law, Conveyancing, Leasing, Wills and Deceased Estates.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sydney University and qualified as a Lawyer through the New South Wales Solicitors Admission Board.

Derek is particularly at ease with the older generation and he has a very long association with the Tweed and Gold Coast region.

Having qualified through the Solicitors Admission Board, Martin was admitted to practice in June of 1978. Martin is the son of Lawrence Bernard Piper, who with his wife and family migrated to Australia from the United Kingdom.

Martin has extensive experience in Litigation, Family Law and Criminal Law.

Martin and his family have a long association with the Tweed Valley and Gold Coast Regions.
